Oasis started in 2013 as an outgrowth of Harmony Christian Fellowship. Harmony is a congregation in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania which has been meeting together since 1995. Oasis was started to be a light in the Schaefferstown, PA area, and to maintain a smaller brotherhood model.
Our desire is to know Jesus personally, share His love and grace with each other, and shine Christ’s light in our community and the people we come in contact with day to day. We yearn to be a life giving community, and not just a hazy mirage on the desert horizon.
Oasis Christian Fellowship identifies as a conservative Anabaptist church. The Anabaptists heritage stems out of the “calling out” of God’s people from the world and state run churches of the 1500s. The Amish and Mennonites are similar in many ways and come from the same heritage.
We are currently meeting at the Schaefferstown Fire Hall. Our Sunday morning services start at 9:00 AM.
